the staff paid great attention to detail. they remembered my allergies and food preferences. they were constantly available to meet my needs! the restaurant offered excellent quality meals. my room was very clean and a great size. the location was very central and convenient.

the hotel felt slightly old. some parts of the hotel were under maintenance. it did not cause major disruptions, but it was noticeable.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the monkey forest, and i even saw monkeys in the garden each morning. It was very cute! the area is central with many restaurants and shops nearby.

its location was close to many shops and restaurants near monkey forest.

The towels i used often had a sewer-like smell , which was unpleasant. reception staff initially doubted me without checking when i reported this. also , my room key stopped working after a tour , and staff blamed me for locking the door, before discovering it was a battery issue.

musty smellunclean pool

The room smelled a little musty, something i really didn't like. also, the pool didn't seem very clean. I saw some leaves and debris floating in it, and that discouraged me from swimming. these things definitely took away from the experience. i wish they were a bit more diligent with the upkeep because the potential is there.
